Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, functional code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices and browsers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and architectural patterns.
- Participate in code reviews and technical architecture discussions to drive engineering excellence within the team.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio of deployed projects.
- Proficiency in core web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Expert level knowledge of at least one major JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong understanding of state management (Redux, MobX, Pinia) and component-based architecture.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and a commitment to writing testable code.
