Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure code quality through rigorous testing and peer reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
