Responsibilities

- Mentor 3-5 junior developers through code reviews and pair programming

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud-native development (AWS/Azure)
- Expertise in Python, Java, or Go with modern frameworks
- Strong background in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless
