Responsibilities
- Develop Scalable UI: Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Optimize Performance: Analyze code to identify bottlenecks, improve load times, and ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, accessible code.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough peer reviews to enforce best practices.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and stay updated on emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, HTML5, and CSS3 (Sass/SCSS).
- Tools: Strong command of Git, Webpack, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is highly preferred.
