Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end data science projects from data acquisition to deployment and monitoring
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model validation
- Optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality across large-scale datasets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with proven portfolio
- Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong background in financial modeling and time series analysis
- Proficiency with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certified Data Scientist (CDSP) or equivalent preferred
