What You Will Do:
You will lead data initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and develop scalable machine learning solutions that solve real-world challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and patterns within large, unstructured datasets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product managers, to define data requirements and model architecture.
- Translate technical findings into clear, compelling visualizations and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with federal regulations and industry standards.
- Optimize existing models for improved accuracy, speed, and scalability in production environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Extensive experience with machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
