Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with department heads to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Design and implement data models for predictive analytics and forecasting
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Lead ad-hoc data projects with rapid turnaround requirements
- Maintain data integrity across multiple SQL and NoSQL databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and R
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in statistical modeling and machine learning
- Proven ability to deliver urgent projects with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills translating technical insights to stakeholders
