- Maintain data integrity and implement quality control measures
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental analytics workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI visualization skills
- Strong business acumen with logistics/supply chain background preferred
- Certification in AWS or Google Cloud Analytics a plus
- Proven ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
