Responsibilities
- Define the AI Roadmap: Create a comprehensive 5-year strategic vision for AI integration within Nexus 2026, specifically targeting breakthroughs by 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists in researching advanced neural architectures and generative AI models.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and tech leaders to stay ahead of the curve in AI evolution.
- Feasibility Analysis: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing integration with AI) and determine their viability for our product suite.
- Ethical Compliance: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines for AI usage, ensuring transparency and fairness in all automated systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors to secure buy-in and funding.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and large language models (LLMs).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating technical capabilities into viable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects from concept to deployment.
- Future-Proof Vision: Ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
