Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the 2026 AI Vision, identifying emerging trends in generative AI and predictive modeling.
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling future data volumes and complexity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic AI capabilities into current product roadmaps.
- Conduct deep-dive research into quantum computing advancements and their potential impact on 2026 software architecture.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI development in the long-term horizon.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Present technical roadmaps to executive leadership to secure buy-in for long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy and roadmap planning for enterprise-level systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar modern AI frameworks.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex futuristic concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
