In this role, you will act as a bridge between high-level foresight and deep technical execution. You will be responsible for designing the infrastructure that will define the technological landscape of the year 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for AGI development and integration.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant neural networks capable of processing multi-modal data streams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering) and evaluate their viability for the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor a team of top-tier AI researchers and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Oversee the deployment of ethical AI frameworks to mitigate bias and ensure transparency.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML leadership.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of managing high-stakes projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws and ethical AI principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
