Key Responsibilities:
Lead the research and development of novel neural network architectures optimized for the 2026 computing paradigm.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate theoretical models into scalable production systems.
Define the ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
Conduct deep-dive research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of innovation and critical thinking.
Present findings at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and publish high-impact papers.
Qualifications:
PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in deep learning, machine learning, or AI research.
Extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed conferences or achieving high-impact industry patents.
Strong understanding of transformer models, reinforcement learning, and large language models (LLMs).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
