Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI research initiatives targeting the 2026 market landscape.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to develop scalable neural network architectures.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Autonomous Agents.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical product application to drive commercial value.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for high-stakes AI deployments.
- Present research findings and strategic vision to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML research, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) or holding patents in AI technologies.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI governance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy.
