Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for the 2026 Horizon AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead the integration of quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols into standard AI decision-making frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex 2026 requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers in advanced neural network optimization and synthetic intelligence methodologies.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to our new 2026-ready infrastructure, minimizing downtime and data loss.
- Conduct rigorous stress testing on AI models to ensure stability under extreme loads.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Mechanics.
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, Rust, and quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and high-availability cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data governance.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
