Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning models for autonomous navigation and decision-making systems.
- Optimize neural networks for real-time processing on edge devices and robotics hardware.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to integrate AI perception modules into physical robots.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of safety-critical AI behaviors.
- Stay at the forefront of AI trends, contributing patents and technical whitepapers.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, specifically in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong proficiency in C++ for high-performance computing and robotics middleware.
- Experience with computer vision, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
