Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI initiatives, identifying emerging technologies and trends to ensure our platforms remain ahead of the curve.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI agents to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Research & Development: Stay at the cutting edge of AI research, evaluating and integrating new frameworks to drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and executing on complex multi-year visions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and drive technical debt reduction while scaling.
