Responsibilities

- Mentorship: Guide junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to define technical visions and deliver high-impact solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Education: Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum simulators or quantum hardware interfaces.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to lead high-level technical projects and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
