Responsibilities
- Lead GenAI R&D: Spearhead the research and development of proprietary LLM architectures and fine-tuning pipelines to ensure competitive advantage.
- Scalable Infrastructure: Design and deploy high-throughput, low-latency inference serving systems capable of handling millions of daily requests.
- Optimization: Implement advanced quantization, pruning, and distillation techniques to optimize model efficiency on both cloud and edge devices.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex research into deployable, user-facing features.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and research scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with modern vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
- GenAI Expertise: Deep understanding of transformer models, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and advanced prompt engineering strategies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges in large-scale distributed systems and cloud environments.
