Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning models, with a specific focus on LLMs and generative AI architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize existing inference pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency for real-time applications.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI research to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our product roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for data governance and model deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with 5+ years of industry experience.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
