We are seeking a visionary Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead our core research division in San Francisco. In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, pushing the boundaries of what is possible with Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models on scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Research & Innovation: Lead R&D initiatives focused on the next generation of neural architectures and natural language processing.
- Optimization: Optimize models for high throughput and low latency to support real-time applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex research into user-friendly features.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and software development.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems with innovative, data-driven solutions.
