- Provide remote and on-site technical support to internal and external clients.
- Document all incidents, solutions, and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform minor maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Windows, Mac, and Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
