Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and prioritize incoming helpdesk tickets in our ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Perform routine system maintenance, including software updates and security patches.
- Document all technical solutions and customer interactions accurately in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in an IT support or helpdesk environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic router configuration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
