Responsibilities
- Architect and Implement: Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient machine learning pipelines and algorithms for large-scale data processing.
- Model Optimization: Research, prototype, and optimize deep learning models (e.g., Transformers, GNNs) to improve accuracy and reduce inference latency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the 2026 team.
- Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of models into production environments using CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to internal technical blogs and patents regarding the future of AI.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning engineering.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, with deep expertise in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Systems: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps practices.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
