Responsibilities

- Lead architectural reviews for high-scale, distributed systems ensuring resilience and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical specifications.
- Identify emerging technologies (Quantum computing, Edge AI) and evaluate their potential impact on our business model.
- Manage a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Act as a key stakeholder in C-suite meetings, presenting technical insights to secure budget and resources for R&D.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a tech-forward organization.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $5M.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to anticipate industry trends and disrupt the status quo.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical jargon into business value.
