We are not just predicting trends; we are building them. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI capabilities and practical, scalable business solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify emerging technologies, assess their viability for our product ecosystem, and spearhead initiatives that keep Horizon Dynamics at the forefront of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI integration and advanced automation.
- Conduct in-depth research and feasibility studies on emerging tech trends, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Neuro-symbolic AI.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive leadership to define technical requirements and architectural standards.
- Identify and evaluate new software partners and vendors that align with our long-term strategic goals.
- Oversee proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate innovative solutions before full-scale implementation.
- Develop comprehensive technical presentations and reports for stakeholders to drive decision-making.
- Mentor junior strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, specifically within AI, Machine Learning, or Future Tech sectors.
- Deep understanding of AI architectures, large language models (LLMs), and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of successfully defining and executing technology roadmaps for major enterprise initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI/ML are highly desirable.
