Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and biotech-AI convergence
- Conduct ROI and impact assessments for experimental technology investments
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and commercial teams
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of next-gen technologies
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech assessment
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Deep understanding of technology convergence patterns and adoption lifecycle models
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience building cross-functional innovation ecosystems and partnerships
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
