Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with company strategic goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech, etc.) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead the evaluation and pilot programs for disruptive technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Marketing teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product roadmaps.
- Advocate for a culture of innovation, inspiring teams to think beyond current constraints.
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to mitigate risks and seize market windows.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading long-term strategic initiatives.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic directives.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments.
