Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and AI infrastructures designed to handle massive scale and high-velocity data streams.
- Strategic Vision: Lead the R&D roadmap for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agents.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Optimization & Performance: Continuously refine existing models and systems to improve accuracy, reduce latency, and enhance computational efficiency.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Industry Innovation: Stay ahead of global tech trends and integrate cutting-edge advancements into our core product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems using first-principles thinking and data-driven methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering high-impact projects on time and within budget.
