Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-AI frameworks for enterprise-scale deployment
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts
- Develop error-corrected quantum algorithms for real-world industrial applications
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant blockchain networks
- Drive patent development in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite investors and government partners
- Maintain thought leadership through white papers and industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI/ML, or related computational field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or large-scale AI deployment
