Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models aligned with the Project 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for real-time, low-latency applications in high-traffic environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define AI feature requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and data governance.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to solve complex, unstructured business problems.
- Perform rigorous A/B testing, performance tuning, and model monitoring in production.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in LLMs, NLP, and generative AI.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and deep learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and transformer architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI solutions from research to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
