Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable systems specifically engineered for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Innovation Strategy: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum) to integrate into our core product roadmap.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams, ensuring code quality, security standards, and adherence to best practices.
- Vision Execution: Translate high-level business goals for the 'Vision 2026' project into concrete technical milestones and deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define the technical vision for new features.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential technical debt and architectural risks before they impact the 2026 rollout schedule.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
