Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement cutting-edge Generative AI models and fine-tune LLMs for specific enterprise use cases.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization strategies to reduce latency and improve inference efficiency in production environments.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI research, experimenting with novel architectures and state-of-the-art techniques.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our products.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ethics & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- LLM Experience: Proven track record of working with GPT-4, LLaMA, Claude, or similar foundation models.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with elegant algorithmic solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
