Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced neural network architectures specifically optimized for the 2026 hardware evolution (ASICs, Neuromorphic chips).
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models, focusing on reasoning capabilities and reduced hallucination rates.

- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Deep Learning, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of system design, distributed computing, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
