As a key member of our R&D division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment, ensuring our systems are robust, ethical, and ready for the future.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for the 2026 market.
- Lead the research and development of novel neural network architectures and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing applications seamlessly.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency for edge devices and cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, transparency, and fairness in automated systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in deep learning and natural language processing.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable ML models to production environments.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
