Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Agentic AI frameworks designed for 2026 scalability.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning and RAG pipelines.
- Collaborate with product teams to define AI roadmaps and technical strategies for future releases.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time autonomous decision-making.
- Mentor a team of junior AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Ensure all systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Extensive expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models that handle high transaction volumes.
- Strong understanding of vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
