- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions with measurable impact
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for AI/ML deployment ensuring compliance with evolving regulations
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and startups to incubate breakthrough innovations
- Present future-tech vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies through internal innovation labs and hackathons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in scaling disruptive products
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or post-quantum cryptography
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains (2019-2024)
- Experience building ethical AI frameworks aligned with IEEE 7000 standards
- Fluency in at least one future-tech stack (TensorFlow Quantum, Qiskit, PyTorch 3D)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ projects with 2026 technology integration
