Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and microservices using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Lead the design and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI models in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference performance to ensure low latency and high throughput for real-time applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant innovations into our product stack.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end ML solutions in production.
- Experience with NLP tasks, LLM fine-tuning, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
