Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to drive AI product adoption.
- Optimize models for production environments, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends in AI/ML.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for data science workflows.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, or Computer Vision.
