Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI architecture, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI, Quantum computing integration, and edge deployment.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect high-performance, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead Research & Development: Drive internal R&D initiatives to improve model accuracy, reduce latency, and enhance inference efficiency.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Select and implement the latest frameworks and languages, ensuring our stack remains future-proof against obsolescence.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement best practices for MLOps and DevOps integration.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning architectures (Transformers, GNNs).
- Cloud Architecture: Proven experience designing systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP with a focus on serverless and containerized environments.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability infrastructure.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and design elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
