Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems across client environments
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network, security, and cloud infrastructure
- Document technical procedures and maintain detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Train end-users on new systems and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support/helpdesk environments
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and threat mitigation
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote support tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
