Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI/ML systems for the Project 2026 roadmap.
- Design and optimize deep learning pipelines to handle real-time data ingestion and processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, DevOps, Product) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure system reliability, fault tolerance, and security compliance across all AI deployments.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies into our core stack.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems using Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, model versioning, and data governance best practices.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
