Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end AI infrastructure for production-grade autonomous systems.
- Lead the architectural evolution of our Large Language Models (LLMs) for the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization for edge deployment.
- Establish MLOps pipelines to ensure reproducibility and monitoring of AI models.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize algorithms for custom silicon.
- Drive technical strategy and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in deep learning, machine learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with distributed computing systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Demonstrated success in deploying NLP or Computer Vision models at scale.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical initiatives.
