- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for innovation initiatives and strategic foresight projects
- Publish thought leadership content on future-focused topics through industry publications and conferences
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly reviews and real-time pivots
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and adaptation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends and innovation
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
