Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Define the core architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and resilience for next-gen AI workloads.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents in production environments.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research into cutting-edge algorithms and integrate them into our 2026 product suite.
- System Optimization: Optimize inference speeds and reduce latency for edge computing devices using our proprietary hardware stack.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists in best practices for AI engineering.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and security experts to ensure AI solutions meet business and compliance goals.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Project 2026 Specifics: Demonstrated experience with MLOps, Kubernetes, and distributed computing systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
