Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for Project 2026.
- Lead the integration of quantum algorithms with classical deep learning models.
- Optimize neural network inference for low-latency, high-volume environments.
- Mentor and guide a team of talented AI researchers and software engineers.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quantum physicists.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in GPU optimization (CUDA).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and neuro-symbolic AI.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
