Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deploy advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning models capable of processing complex, high-volume datasets in real-time.
- Architect scalable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms, staying ahead of industry trends such as Generative AI and Transformer models.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the technical team.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and security best practices.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance optimization to ensure system efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Experience deploying models to production environments and managing MLOps pipelines.
