Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, agentic AI systems using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Reinforcement Learning.
- Lead the design of proprietary neural network architectures optimized for real-time inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into enterprise workflows.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all models.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to elevate team standards.
- Publish research and contribute to open-source communities to establish thought leadership.
Qualifications
- B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in production LLM deployment.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI models.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving landscape.
