Responsibilities

- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy complex deep learning models, with a focus on Transformer architectures and Large Language Models.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing inference pipelines to reduce latency and computational costs by 40% or more.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex data science concepts into user-centric features.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest academic research into our proprietary production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience designing scalable systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
