Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance AI models capable of operating in real-time environments.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms for natural language processing and computer vision.
- Define the technical vision and strategy for the 2026 AI product roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Ensure model transparency, fairness, and ethical compliance across all deployments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models (MLOps experience is highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and transformer models.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
