Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term technology and AI strategy for the organization, aligning with the 2026 vision.
- Architecture & Development: Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI systems and future-tech infrastructure.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- R&D Oversight: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) and assess their potential for integration.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive buy-in for innovative projects.
- Process Optimization: Establish best practices for AI development, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, AI development, or technology strategy.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Vision: Strong ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-level executives.
